If you don't yet have an authority system, we may recommend pairing Enhanced Support with either our Starter Pilot (£1,185 (approx. AED 5,500 / SAR 5,570)) or Growth Pilot (£3,500 (approx. AED 16,300 / SAR 16,450)) to establish your foundation first, so the strategic cadence and Echo Protocol™ have a stable base to operate from.

Your dedicated Authority Architect will be assigned based on your institution type and strategic needs. Architects bring experience in positioning, authority compounding, and practical planning—working within governance boundaries and prioritising auditability and controlled decision-making.
You'll maintain the same Architect for continuity, with optional specialist input where required for specific initiatives (for example, admissions journey clarity, multilingual messaging consistency, or service desk triage and routing).
Enhanced Support operates on a month-to-month basis with no long-term commitment required. You can cancel at any time with 30 days notice. Many partners continue long-term to maintain continuity and avoid stagnation, but we don’t lock you into extended contracts.
