How do the 5,000 monthly communication credits work?

Your 5,000 monthly credits support structured outbound communications—follow-ups, reminders, updates, newsletters, and stakeholder messages. This provides built-in capacity for consistent communications across peak periods. If you need more volume, auto top-up is available.

What does Category Exclusivity mean?

Once activated, your category and region are protected inside our deployment map. We avoid deploying the same stack to a direct competitor in your exact category within your region. This is designed to reduce direct overlap as your operational consistency and communications maturity strengthen over time.

How quickly will technical issues be handled?

Business Assist™ includes email support with a 48–72 hour response window. If something isn’t behaving as expected, our team will diagnose and stabilise the system so your operations and stakeholder communications remain reliable.
