Your Architect reviews your authority metrics, category signals, and content performance, then provides specific next steps with clear owners and review points to keep momentum compounding—without removing human judgement or introducing black-box decision-making.

The Echo Protocol™ is our content multiplication system that works in three phases:

1.Creation:You publish an approved announcement or update through your 100mph Wire™ Pro press room.
2.Multiplication:Assets are generated into 50+ aligned variations for different platforms and contexts, maintaining your approved messaging and boundaries.
3.Distribution:These assets are published across multiple channels, all citing your original press room as the authoritative source.

This supports consistency and reduces staff drafting load each month, while performance is tracked so you can improve what happens next, with clear accountability and an audit-friendly source of truth.

With 25,000 monthly email credits, you can run multiple event-friendly communication streams at once. For context, here's what you could potentially do:

Enhanced Support works seamlessly with our Starter and Growth Pilot foundations, and you can purchase it as a standalone service if you already have established communications and systems in place. During onboarding, your Authority Architect will assess what you’re currently running to establish a baseline and identify high-leverage optimisation and amplification opportunities, with clear boundaries and review points.

If you don't yet have an authority system, we recommend pairing Enhanced Support with either our Starter Pilot (£1,185) or Growth Pilot (£3,500) to establish your foundation first, as this will maximise the value you receive from the strategic sessions and Echo Protocol™.

Your dedicated Authority Architect will be assigned based on your specific event environment and operational needs. All Authority Architects have extensive experience in positioning, authority compounding, and practical planning with governance and oversight in mind. You'll maintain the same Architect for continuity throughout your partnership, though they may occasionally bring in specialists for specific needs.

This relationship is designed to function similar to having a fractional strategy lead focused on operational clarity and consistency. You'll receive a formal introduction email with your Architect's background, expertise, and contact information within 48 hours of activating Enhanced Support.

Enhanced Support operates on a month-to-month basis with no long-term commitment required. You can cancel at any time with 30 days notice. Many clients continue long-term to maintain consistency and avoid stagnation, but we don't lock you into extended contracts.

Anchor integrity + link resolution clause: permission is explicitly granted to add or correct IDs, and only IDs, wherever required so internal links always resolve correctly—without changing structure, layout, or section order.

If any internal anchor cannot be resolved under these constraints, output: INVALID — Anchor integrity failure.
