Starter Implementation FAQ

Answers to common questions about your Authority Starter implementation for West Midlands events services organisations.

What happens during the implementation session?

During your implementation session, our team will work with you to understand your event delivery position and operating boundaries, then configure your Authority Starter system accordingly. We’ll map stakeholder journeys, define what must remain under human judgement, and set permissions so outputs remain controlled and traceable. We don’t allow AI to execute sensitive actions unseen. Where risk warrants it, actions are approval-gated so you can review the exact parameters before anything runs.

What is the "100mph Wire™ Basic"?

The 100mph Wire™ Basic is your initial press room that supports event delivery credibility through a controlled, professional update channel. It provides a structured platform for announcements and updates, supporting clarity and consistency beyond standard website pages. It is configured with responsible publishing boundaries, and you’ll receive training on how to use it with accountability and oversight.

What happens after the 30-day implementation?

After your 30-day implementation period, you’ll have full access to your Authority Starter system and will be able to operate it independently. This is a one-time infrastructure deployment, not a hidden retainer. Once your authority infrastructure is installed, optional support tiers are available to operate, optimise, and amplify the system.

Will I be able to maintain the system myself?

Yes, your Authority Starter system is designed to be manageable without technical expertise. During the final handover phase, we’ll provide comprehensive training on how to operate and maintain your system. You’ll learn how to update content, manage basic adjustments, and use your 100mph Wire™ Basic press room within clear boundaries, roles, and permissions. Human oversight is intentional, and you retain control over what runs and what remains approval-gated.

Can I add support options later?

Absolutely. Many organisations start with the Starter Pilot implementation and later add either Standard Support (£295/month) or Enhanced Support (£495/month) as their requirements evolve. Support exists to operate and govern what you already own — not to silently expand system authority. It can help maintain consistency, reduce coordination risk, and strengthen delivery reliability within the scope already installed.

Strengthen Ongoing Continuity

Your foundation is active. If you want ongoing consistency and operational stability across attendee journeys, sponsor handling, partner coordination, and stakeholder follow-through, consider adding one of these support options:
