Monthly support & oversight

Standard supportControlled continuity for complex event delivery

Lightweight, done-with-you continuity for West Midlands events services organisations: ongoing optimisation, hands-on support, and governed communication capacity so your installed operating system stays reliable, visible, and steady through live delivery windows—without your team relying on memory, chasing fragmented tools, or losing control.

Maintain control and continuity

Standard Support gives West Midlands event agencies, organisers, venue operators, and programme teams the essential maintenance, optimisation, and oversight needed to keep installed infrastructure stable, consistent, and well-governed—without adding pressure during high-stakes delivery periods.

Coordination control

Regular reviews and governed tuning so your installed event workflows, supplier hand-offs, and stakeholder communications stay stable, predictable, and explainable—without needing your internal team to babysit systems during live delivery.

Includes

Clear visibility and prioritised recommendations to reduce coordination risk and protect event continuity

Engagement oversight

5,000 monthly email credits to support post-event engagement, delegate progression, sponsor updates, registration notices, and programme communications—sent from your own brand and domain, with restrained, governed usage inside your installed scope.

Helps reduce

Fragmented follow-through and lost high-value interactions across busy event cycles

Delivery consistency

Ongoing technical assistance and light-touch maintenance so your installed system remains reliable, secure, and up-to-date—without event professionals getting dragged into settings, service desk issues, or preventable live-delivery friction.

Response time

Typical response within 1–2 business days for standard requests

Protect continuity

Standard Support is built for busy West Midlands events teams that need installed systems to stay stable, monitored, and steadily improving—without adding pressure during high-volume registration periods, sponsor activations, or live programme delivery.

Not sure which plan fits?Support plans sit on top of infrastructure you already own and operate only within installed scope. Support exists to operate and govern what you already own — not to silently expand system authority.

If you need more channels, more processes, or broader system authority, that requires a new Protocol deployment rather than hidden expansion inside Support. Once your authority infrastructure is installed, optional support tiers are available to operate, optimise, and amplify the system.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions from West Midlands events services organisations about our Standard and Enhanced Support plans.

Monthly optimisation scope

Our monthly optimisation is a continuity and improvement cycle for infrastructure you already own. We review performance data, spot friction points, and make targeted adjustments to keep everything stable, controlled, and more consistent across registrations, stakeholder coordination, and post-event follow-through. You’ll receive a clear monthly summary of what we monitored, what we changed, and what we recommend next, plus the option to book a 30-minute review call to walk through signals and next steps with your team.

Email credits usage

Your Standard Support plan includes 5,000 monthly email credits that refresh at the start of each billing cycle. You can use these credits for delegate updates, registration reminders, sponsor notices, stakeholder communications, or controlled automated sequences—all from your own brand and domain. The system includes basic templates, deliverability oversight, and analytics. If you need more sending capacity or run multiple programmes, venues, or brands, our Enhanced Support plan includes 25,000 credits with unlimited sender accounts.

Plans comparison

Enhanced Support (£495/month) is designed for organisations that want to move beyond basic continuity and add more controlled capacity across communications and content distribution.

1.Strategic intelligence:Bi-weekly sessions (vs. monthly reviews) so we can respond faster to what the signals are showing.
2.Communication capacity:25,000 monthly email credits with unlimited senders (vs. 5,000 credits)—useful for multi-programme, multi-site, or multi-brand teams.
3.Content multiplication:Full Echo Protocol™ content multiplication layer to re-use key assets across more channels with clear boundaries.
4.Early access:60-day priority access to new features and improvements.
5.Announcements hub:100mph Wire™ Pro with more sophisticated authority and announcements capabilities.

Standard Support focuses on operational reliability and steady improvements. Enhanced Support adds more hands-on guidance and expanded capacity for events organisations that need stronger consistency through busy delivery periods.

Pilot requirement

Support exists only after Protocol ownership or equivalent installed infrastructure. While Support is built to work seamlessly with our Protocol deployments, we can usually operate and govern existing infrastructure where ownership, access, and scope are clear. During onboarding, we review your current setup and advise whether Support can safely maintain and optimise what you already have. If the system needs new channels, new processes, or structural expansion, we’ll recommend a Protocol deployment first, then layer Support on top.

Contract length

Both our Standard and Enhanced Support plans are month-to-month with no long-term lock-in. You can cancel at any time with 30 days notice. Many West Midlands events organisations keep Support running as an ongoing stability and risk-reduction layer, but you stay in control of the level of continuity you want at each stage.

Upgrade or downgrade

Yes. You can upgrade from Standard to Enhanced Support at any time, with the new rate and benefits starting from your next billing cycle. Downgrades from Enhanced to Standard are also possible with 30 days notice. Many organisations begin with Standard Support to stabilise and protect continuity, then move up to Enhanced once they want more structured guidance and expanded communication capacity.

Support governance boundaries

Support operates installed infrastructure only. It does not silently add new channels, create net-new process architecture, or expand system authority. Human oversight is intentional, and where risk warrants it, actions are approval-gated so you can review the exact parameters before anything runs. If you need expansion beyond installed capacity, that requires a new Protocol deployment.

What clients say

"The Standard Support plan gives us confidence in continuity. We don’t have a large internal team, so knowing the system is monitored and refined each month helps us stay consistent across registrations, delegate communications, and supplier updates. The email credits reduce tool sprawl, and the reporting is clear enough for leadership to review without chasing details."

Amina L.

Operations lead, West Midlands events services organisation

"We started with Standard Support to stabilise our registrations and stakeholder communications, then moved to Enhanced when we needed more structured capacity across multiple venues and programmes. The bi-weekly sessions keep priorities clear, and the Echo Protocol helps us re-use key content in a controlled way, without adding pressure to staff."
