Once your Starter Protocol™ goes live on Day 7, you have a full week to test it in real conditions. If you aren’t convinced it improves responsiveness, reduces coordination risk, and lowers operational friction, we’ll refund your £1,185 in full. We take the implementation risk, not you.

We need around 60 minutes with you on Day 1 to understand your event workflow, gather key materials, and agree boundaries and priorities. After that, our team handles the build and integration. You join the final walkthrough on Day 7.

No ongoing costs are required. The £1,185 is a one-time implementation fee for your Starter Protocol™. You own the deployed infrastructure.

If you consistently exceed the 500-enquiry guideline, we’ll notify you and present clear options to extend capacity or expand into our Accelerator Protocol™. Your foundation won’t simply switch off — we manage the transition so attendees, partners, and stakeholders continue to be supported while coverage scales.

Because ownership should come before optimisation. Process installation is not the same as ongoing management, and the separation protects clients from hidden retainers, black-box execution, and forced dependency.

We don’t allow AI to execute sensitive actions unseen. Where risk warrants it, actions are approval-gated so you can review the exact parameters before anything runs.

Anchor integrity is explicitly permitted and limited to ID repair only. Internal navigation targets such as href="#benefits" or href="#comparison" must not be changed. Where a destination section is missing an addressable target, has id="null", or is otherwise unresolved, we may add or correct only the destination element’s ID so the existing internal link resolves exactly once.

This permission does not allow structural mutation. Layout, section order, component structure, pricing logic, funnel order, and copy remain intact except for the requested narrative refactor. Duplicate IDs are not permitted, and a validation pass must confirm that every internal href="#..." has one unique matching target with no navigable id="null" placeholders remaining. If any internal anchor cannot be resolved under these constraints, the output must fail loudly rather than silently breaking navigation.
