Enquiry triage and routing

Structured responses that capture enquiries, collect the right information, and route requests through defined pathways — supporting accountable handling across registrations, sponsor discussions, partnership conversations, programme questions, and attendee communications.

30-day deployment handover

Implementation, configuration, and practical training so your team can operate the system in-house with clear permissions, audit-ready traceability, and human-defined responsibility for decisions, approvals, and escalations.

Frequently asked questions

Answers to common questions about your Accelerator Protocol™ deployment for West Midlands events operations.

What happens in the mapping session?

During your mapping session, we review your event formats, stakeholder journeys, and operating workflows. We then map your communication pathways, define triage rules, and finalise the deployment blueprint for all four channels. You’ll leave with a clear implementation roadmap and a practical understanding of how your infrastructure captures and routes enquiries — while keeping decisions accountable to your team’s professional judgement. Your £195 Infrastructure Activation secures your deployment lane and triggers provisioning; once your mapping blueprint is complete, you’ll receive the implementation release that moves you into live deployment.

Which channels are included?

Your deployment covers four high-impact contact channels for events operations: Website chat, WhatsApp Business, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram DMs. Each channel is aligned to the same messaging, triage logic, and routing rules — so attendees, partners, sponsors, and delegates receive a consistent experience no matter where they make contact.

What happens after day 30?

After 30 days, your infrastructure is deployed and handed over to you — with no compulsory monthly fees. You’ll have operational control of your 4-channel system, plus documentation and training so you can maintain and evolve it internally. Your positioning lane remains enforced within your operating plan to support consistent messaging and reduce overlap. This is designed to keep operations disciplined: clearer stakeholder handling, fewer dropped interactions during busy delivery windows, and a communications journey you can manage with confidence and clear accountability.

Can we run it in-house?

Yes. The Self-Managed Pilot is built for operational teams — no technical background required. You’ll receive a clear dashboard, simple update process, and a maintenance rhythm designed to fit around live delivery schedules. If you later prefer additional oversight, you can activate optional support at any time.

Can support be added later?

Absolutely. Your infrastructure is owned outright, so support is optional — not required. Once your authority infrastructure is installed, optional support tiers are available to operate, optimise, and amplify the system. Support exists to operate and govern what you already own — not to silently expand system authority.

How is governance handled during deployment?

We don’t allow AI to execute sensitive actions unseen. Where risk warrants it, actions are approval-gated so you can review the exact parameters before anything runs. Installation is separated from operation to protect ownership, visibility, and control from the outset. Process installation does not mean ongoing management, and no hidden retainer is required for the system to work.

What is the anchor integrity + link resolution rule?

Anchor integrity + link resolution: internal links must always resolve correctly. Permission is explicitly granted to add or correct IDs, and only IDs, wherever required so internal anchors resolve without changing structure, layout, or section order. If any internal anchor cannot be resolved under those constraints, the output is invalid:INVALID — Anchor integrity failure.
