What partners report

"The bi-weekly strategy sessions changed how we prioritise during complex delivery periods. Our Authority Architect keeps cross-party coordination steady and aligned—then surfaces improvements we can actually act on without losing oversight. The Echo Protocol supports consistent attendee and partner communications without pulling us away from live execution."

Robert Hamilton

Director, regional event operations group

"We upgraded from Standard to Enhanced Support and it improved our ability to communicate consistently across organisers, venues, and sponsors. The higher email credit allocation and unlimited senders let departments work within clear roles, and the workflow optimisations reduced admin drag. Frequently asked questions

Common questions about our Enhanced Support plan.

What happens in the bi-weekly strategic sessions?

Your bi-weekly strategic sessions are leadership-level briefings with your dedicated Authority Architect. These sessions focus on coordination control, communications consistency, operational resilience, and accountable prioritisation. Your Architect reviews visibility and engagement signals, then provides specific next steps that fit your event delivery environment and approval structures.

How does the Echo Protocol™ actually work?

The Echo Protocol™ is our communications multiplication system designed to support consistency across channels while preserving review and accountability:

1.Source:You publish an approved update, programme announcement, or stakeholder notice through your 100mph Wire™ Pro hub.
2.Multiplication:The system produces a library of channel-ready variations that keep core messaging consistent and traceable.
3.Distribution:Assets are scheduled and published across multiple channels, each referencing the original hub entry as the source of truth.

This approach prioritises control, alignment, and explainability—so communications stay coherent during busy periods without relying on black-box autonomy.

What can I do with 25,000 monthly email credits?

With 25,000 monthly email credits, you can run multiple event-appropriate communication streams at once. For example:

• Registration follow-up and reminder sequences
• Programme updates, venue notices, and speaker communications
• Sponsor, exhibitor, and partner updates across planning and live phases
• Multi-site or multi-team communications from different sender identities
• Post-event follow-through across delegates, attendees, and partner contacts

Volumes vary by event cycle—but the key benefit is removing platform limits while keeping sender ownership and accountability clear.

Do I need a Protocol deployment first?

Yes. Support exists only after Protocol ownership. Protocols install the infrastructure; Support operates the installed infrastructure within its approved scope. Once your authority infrastructure is installed, optional support tiers are available to operate, optimise, and amplify the system.

If you need initial infrastructure, workflow foundations, or bounded automation deployment first, your Protocol comes before Support activation.

Who will be my Authority Architect?

Your dedicated Authority Architect will be assigned based on your sector and strategic needs. All Authority Architects have extensive experience in positioning, operational clarity, and practical planning for complex service environments. You'll maintain the same Architect for consistency throughout your partnership, and they may bring in specialists when needed for specific objectives.

You’ll receive a formal introduction email with your Architect's background, expertise, and contact information after activation.

Is there a minimum contract period?

Enhanced Support operates on a month-to-month basis with no long-term commitment required. You can cancel at any time with 30 days notice.

What is the anchor integrity + link resolution clause?

Anchor integrity + link resolution: permission is explicitly granted to add or correct IDs, and only IDs, wherever required so internal anchor links always resolve correctly without changing structure, layout, or section order.

If any internal anchor cannot be resolved under the constraints above, output: INVALID — Anchor integrity failure.
