Starter Protocol™ FAQ

Quick answers about your Self-Managed Starter Protocol™ implementation for West Midlands events services operations.

What happens during the implementation session?

In your implementation session, we map how your organisation handles registrations, supplier coordination, partner communications, approvals, and live delivery today—what needs to be captured, how requests are triaged, who is notified, and what “good” looks like across event execution. Then we configure your Starter Protocol™ foundation around your real-world operations, approvals, and boundaries. This 45–60 minute session sets the operating rules your system will follow moving forward, with humans remaining the final authority.

What is the "100mph Wire™ Basic"?

100mph Wire™ Basic is your baseline credibility layer (press.100mphonline.com/your-brand). It gives your event, programme, or organisational updates a dedicated press-room structure so announcements feel more credible and controlled than standard website posts. It’s set up during implementation, and you’ll be shown how to publish within the operating rules and approvals you define.

What happens after the 30-day implementation?

After the 30-day window, you’ll have full access and control of your Starter Protocol™ foundation and can run it internally. We separate installation from operation on purpose: ownership comes first, then optional support can be added later if you want help operating, optimising, or amplifying what you already own.

Will I be able to maintain the system myself?

Yes. The Starter Protocol™ foundation is designed for operational teams to manage without technical overhead. During handover, we train you to update content, adjust key operational settings, and use 100mph Wire™ Basic correctly within your publishing rules. We don’t allow AI to execute sensitive actions unseen. Where risk warrants it, actions are approval-gated so you can review the exact parameters before anything runs.

Can I add support later?

Yes. Once your authority infrastructure is installed, optional support tiers are available to operate, optimise, and amplify the system. Support exists to operate and govern what you already own—not to silently expand system authority.

Optional support pathways

Your foundation is activated. If you later want help operating what you already own, optional post-install support pathways are available through the related pages below.

Operate & govern

Post-install operational pathway

Optional
Operate

For installed infrastructure only.

  • Operation of installed workflows
  • Governance checks and exception handling
  • Minor parameter adjustments within installed scope
  • No structural expansion or new infrastructure installation
Ongoing oversight option

Optimise & coordinate

Deeper post-install operational pathway

Optional
Optimise

Within installed capacity only.

  • Deeper optimisation of installed processes
  • Cross-workflow coordination inside installed scope
  • Approval-gated handling for higher-risk actions
  • No silent expansion of system authority

Anchor integrity + link resolution: permission is explicitly granted to add or correct IDs, and only IDs, wherever required so internal links and in-page anchors always resolve correctly, without changing structure, layout, or section order. If any internal anchor cannot be resolved under these constraints above, output: INVALID — Anchor integrity failure.

We separate installation from operation intentionally. Protocols install infrastructure. Optional support, where selected later, operates installed infrastructure only. This protects ownership, maintains structural discipline, and prevents hidden retainer logic on pre-purchase protocol architecture.
