Signal control ready
Deployment started.

YourAccelerator Protocol™ Pilotis now in provisioning. Your organisation entered through the International discovery route, where no dedicated market route yet exists, and has been assigned to theStandard Deployment Laneto install a 4-channel request and workflow foundation designed for controlled operational handling, clearer ownership, and more consistent workflow progression across inbound requests, referral signals, relationship triggers, and follow-up activity. Provisioning begins by understanding how work currently moves, where friction occurs, and which decisions require human judgement.

FAQ overview

Answers to common questions about your Accelerator Protocol™ deployment.

What happens during the implementation session?

During your implementation session, we review your operational functions, key request patterns, and your current workflows across teams and owners. We then map your request journey, define triage and routing rules, and finalise the deployment blueprint for all four channels. You’ll leave with a clear implementation roadmap and a simple understanding of how your infrastructure captures, triages, and routes inbound requests—with human oversight, clear owners, and escalation paths that support safe, consistent operation where decision errors can carry operational and reputational weight.

What are the 4 channels included in my Accelerator Protocol™?

Your deployment covers four high-traffic contact channels used by many organisations: Website chat, WhatsApp Business, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram DMs. Each channel is aligned to the same messaging, triage logic, and routing rules—so stakeholders, service users, referrers, and partners receive a consistent experience no matter where they make contact, with boundaries and oversight built in.

What happens after the 30-day implementation?

After 30 days, your infrastructure is deployed and handed over to you — with no compulsory monthly fees. You’ll have operational control of your 4-channel system, plus documentation and training so you can maintain and evolve it internally with clear owners, permissions, and review steps. Your deployment record remains managed within the International route to support orderly rollout and predictable operation.

Will I be able to maintain the system myself?

Yes. The Self-Managed Pilot supports organisations with different team structures and levels of internal technical capacity—with a clear dashboard, simple update process, and an agreed maintenance rhythm that supports consistent messaging, accountable routing, and safe escalation. AI is framed as structured operational support; we don’t allow it to execute sensitive actions unseen. Where risk warrants it, actions are approval-gated so you can review the exact parameters before anything runs.

Can I add support options later?

Absolutely. Your infrastructure is owned outright, so support is optional — not required. Once your authority infrastructure is installed, optional support tiers are available to operate and optimise the system. Any amplification remains separately gated after ownership and support selection.

Optional support

Your multi-channel infrastructure is being deployed. If you want continuous optimisation and strategic alignment as request volumes, workflow demand, and team workload shift across changing operational conditions, you can add optional support:

Standard support

Essential multi-channel maintenance for steady service levels and consistent stakeholder, partner, and service communications

Maintenance
£295/month

Activates after infrastructure handover

Support exists to operate and govern what you already own — not to silently expand system authority.

  • Monthly multi-channel optimisation within agreed boundaries and approval steps
  • 5,000 monthly email credits for installed outreach and notification capacity
  • Cross-platform performance reviews with clear reporting and audit-friendly notes
  • Strategy sessions not included
Broader multi-channel support

Enhanced support

Service alignment and ongoing optimisation across all channels, with clear governance

Strategic
£495/month

Activates after infrastructure handover

Support operates installed infrastructure only. Expansion requires a new Protocol.

  • Bi-weekly strategy sessions focused on alignment, boundaries, and accountable operations
  • 25,000 monthly email credits for installed outreach and notification capacity
  • The Echo Protocol™ content system, where separately approved
  • Cross-platform strategy alignment with documented decisions and review checkpoints
