If you do not yet have installed workflow infrastructure, we may recommend starting with a Protocol deployment first so the support cadence has a stable base to operate from.
Once your authority infrastructure is installed, optional support tiers are available to operate, optimise, and amplify the system.
Your dedicated support lead will be assigned based on your operating needs and current workflow environment. Support leads bring experience in deal progression discipline, workflow handling, and practical planning—working within governance boundaries and prioritising visibility, accountability, and controlled decision-making.
You'll maintain the same lead for continuity, with optional specialist input where required for specific initiatives (for example, enquiry handling clarity, investor communication consistency, or portfolio operations triage and routing).
Enhanced Support operates on a month-to-month basis with no long-term commitment required. You can cancel at any time with 30 days notice. Many property operators continue long-term to maintain continuity and avoid process drift, but we don’t lock you into extended contracts.
Link resolution clause: permission is explicitly granted to add or correct IDs, and only IDs, wherever required so internal links always resolve without changing structure, layout, or section order. If a matching target cannot be resolved through ID correction alone, the page should fail review rather than ship with broken navigation.
