Who will be my Authority Architect?

Your dedicated Authority Architect will be assigned based on your specific real estate operating context and workflow needs. You'll maintain the same Architect for continuity throughout your partnership, though they may occasionally bring in specialists for specific needs.

This relationship is designed to function similarly to having a fractional strategic operations lead focused on deal clarity, operational consistency, and communications discipline. You'll receive a formal introduction email with your Architect's background, expertise, and contact information within 48 hours of activating Enhanced Support.

Is there a minimum contract period?

Enhanced Support operates on a month-to-month basis with no long-term commitment required. You can cancel at any time with 30 days notice. Many clients continue long-term to maintain consistency across deal lifecycles and avoid operational drift, but we don't lock you into extended contracts.
