Yes. Support exists only after Protocol ownership or after we confirm you already own compatible installed infrastructure. Support is a post-installation continuity layer designed to operate and optimise what is already in place—not a substitute for initial deployment. If you do not yet have the required property workflow infrastructure installed, we’ll usually recommend beginning with the appropriate Protocol deployment first, then layering Support on top once ownership is established.

Contract length

Both our Standard and Enhanced Support plans are month-to-month with no long-term lock-in. You can cancel at any time with 30 days notice.
