lead will review your current setup to establish a baseline and identify

If you do not yet have installed workflow infrastructure, we may recommend
starting with a Protocol deployment first so the support cadence has a stable
base to operate from.
Once your authority infrastructure is installed, optional support tiers are
available to operate, optimise, and amplify the system.
Your dedicated support lead will be assigned based on your operating needs
and current workflow environment. Support leads bring experience in follow-up
discipline, workflow handling, and practical planning—working within governance
boundaries and prioritising visibility, accountability, and controlled decision-making.
You'll maintain the same lead for continuity, with optional specialist input
where required for specific initiatives (for example, enquiry handling clarity,
message consistency, or service desk triage and routing).
Enhanced Support operates on a month-to-month basis with no long-term
commitment required. You can cancel at any time with 30 days notice. Many
partners continue long-term to maintain continuity and avoid drift, but
we don’t lock you into extended contracts.
