You'll receive a monthly report and can optionally schedule a 30-minute review call to discuss the findings.
Your Standard Support plan includes 5,000 monthly email credits that refresh at the beginning of each billing cycle. These credits allow you to send newsletters, follow-ups, promotional campaigns, or automated sequences without needing separate email marketing software. The system includes basic templates, deliverability monitoring, and analytics. Most small businesses find 5,000 credits sufficient for their monthly needs. If you need more sending capacity or advanced features, our Enhanced Support plan includes 25,000 credits with unlimited sender accounts.

No, you can purchase our Support plans as standalone services if you already have an authority system or AI implementation in place. While our Support plans are designed to work seamlessly with our Starter and Growth Pilot packages, we can provide support for most existing setups. During onboarding, we'll assess your current system and make recommendations for optimal performance. If you don't yet have an authority system, we recommend starting with one of our Pilot packages to establish your foundation first.
Both our Standard and Enhanced Support plans operate on a month-to-month basis with no long-term commitment required. You can cancel at any time with 30 days notice. Many clients choose to continue their support plans indefinitely to ensure their authority systems remain optimized and up-to-date, but we don't lock you into extended contracts. This flexibility allows you to adjust your support level as your needs evolve.
Yes, you can upgrade from Standard to Enhanced Support at any time, with the new rate and benefits taking effect in your next billing cycle. Downgrades from Enhanced to Standard are also possible with 30 days notice. Many clients start with Standard Support and upgrade to Enhanced as they recognize the value of more frequent strategic sessions and additional resources.
