Operational continuitysupport

"Optional monthly support for organisations entering through the International discovery route, where no dedicated market route yet exists, after Protocol ownership is in place — helping you operate and govern installed Governed Operational Infrastructure so requests, workflow coordination, handovers, approvals, and stakeholder communications stay consistent. Support begins by reviewing how work performs, where recurring friction appears, and which decisions require human judgement, with bounded optimisation, information visibility, and decision oversight inside installed scope. Process before platform. Control before scale. Evidence before expansion. Structured automation without surrendering control."

🛡️What’s included:

  • Monthly communication capacity:Controlled usage capacity inside your installed scope for request follow-up, workflow updates, relationship prompts, referral handling, stakeholder status communication, and partner communications — helping reduce tool sprawl, inbox dependence, and fragmented handling while preserving decision boundaries, review points, and traceability.
  • Service risk & external signal monitoring:Early detection of issues that can affect request handling, response consistency, workflow stability, and stakeholder confidence during uneven operating cycles — with clear escalation routes, human oversight, explainable handling logic, and no silent increase in system authority.
  • Controlled optimisation:Measured refinement of installed workflows and message logic to keep follow-up clear, role-appropriate, and commercially usable — with named owners, review steps, documented progression pathways, and traceable changes inside the boundaries already deployed. Work that remains unclear is returned for process clarification before any automation change is approved.
  • System health monitoring:Continuous oversight to support reliable operation across requests, workflow handovers, stakeholder follow-ups, and repeatable admin tasks — prioritising permissions, boundaries, rollback readiness, information visibility, and predictable behaviour rather than black-box automation.

📈Indicators to track:

Request first-response handling:Internally tracked
Follow-up completion indicator:Tracked monthly
Tool consolidation headroom:Case by case
Capacity recovery indicator:Internally reviewed

Benchmarks vary by team workload, handover quality, workflow mix, stakeholder availability, data boundaries, demand pressure, and operating model. Support exists to operate and govern what you already own — not to silently expand system authority — so indicators should be agreed internally, reviewed with clear owners, and kept inside installed scope.

"Support gives us a governed way to operate the workflows we already own. Follow-up became easier to control, changes stayed visible and reviewable, and the system remained inside clear boundaries. AI remains structured operational support; we don’t allow it to execute sensitive actions unseen. Where risk warrants it, actions are approval-gated so you can review the exact parameters before anything runs."

Support capacity

To preserve delivery quality, predictable behaviour, and clear oversight, we cap each service cohort at 10 active organisations. Seven are currently supported; this is capacity information, not a deadline. Support operates installed infrastructure only; if you need expanded capacity, additional processes, new channels, broader routing logic, or increased authority across teams, that requires a new Protocol deployment. Any amplification remains separately gated after ownership and Support selection.
