Post-installation continuity support
Lightweight, governed continuity for organisations that already own installed infrastructure: ongoing operation, careful optimisation, and controlled communication capacity so your Governed Operational Infrastructure retains workflow coordination, information visibility, and decision oversight. Standard Support operates within the installed scope; it does not silently expand system authority.
Standard Support gives responsible leaders and operational teams essential operation, optimisation, and oversight to keep requests, records, referral signals, handovers, and installed workflows steady, visible, and controlled as commercial pressure increases. Support exists to operate and govern what you already own — not to silently expand system authority.
Regular performance reviews and careful tuning so your request handling, workflow progression, stakeholder follow-up, referral prompts, and core operational journeys stay stable, responsive, and professionally run — without losing traceability, review boundaries, or designated oversight.

Need a plan fit? Our Support plans sit on top of Governed Operational Infrastructure that you already own. Where a new Protocol is needed, installation and handover come first; optional Support can be selected afterward.
Contact us for a practical recommendation based on your team structure, current systems, request volume, handover pressure, stakeholder communication load, approval needs, and service priorities.
Where risk warrants it, actions remain approval-gated so you can review the exact parameters before anything runs. AI remains structured operational support, not autonomous authority. Work that lacks a clear process is clarified before automation. Human judgement remains final. Process before platform. Control before scale. Evidence before expansion. Structured automation without surrendering control.
Questions organisations ask about Standard and Enhanced Support.
Our monthly optimisation is a continuity and improvement cycle for your installed operational infrastructure. We review performance data, spot friction points, and make targeted adjustments to keep everything healthy, stable, and professionally run. You’ll receive a clear monthly summary of what we monitored, what we changed, and what we recommend next, plus the option to book a 30-minute review call to walk through the results with operations, partners, or leadership.
Your Standard Support plan includes 5,000 monthly email credits that refresh at the start of each billing cycle. You can use these credits for request follow-up, workflow progression updates, stakeholder communications, scheduled reminders, and service notices — all from your own brand and domain. The system includes basic templates, deliverability oversight, and analytics. Many teams find 5,000 credits sufficient for regular communications. If you need more sending capacity or run multiple teams, brands, or locations, our Enhanced Support plan includes 25,000 credits with unlimited sender accounts.
Enhanced Support (£495/month) is designed for organisations that want to
move beyond “keep it stable” and strengthen consistency across requests,
stakeholder communications, service handling, and multi-team operations
— while keeping control, permissions, and oversight.
1.

Bi-weekly sessions (vs. monthly reviews) so we can respond faster to what

— ideal for multi-team or multi-brand organisations.

across more channels.
4.
Early access:
60-day priority access to new features and improvements.
5.

Standard Support focuses on operational reliability and steady improvement.
Enhanced Support adds more cadence, more capacity, and a stronger amplification
layer for organisations that need faster operational alignment without
losing control.
No. You can activate our Support plans as a standalone continuity layer if you already own stable, installed operational infrastructure. Support is built to work with our installed Protocols and can often operate suitable existing infrastructure. During onboarding, we’ll review your current setup and advise how Support can maintain, optimise, and gradually amplify what you already have. If you don’t yet have a stable foundation, we’ll typically recommend starting with a Pilot to establish core infrastructure first, then layering Support on top.
Both our Standard and Enhanced Support plans are month-to-month with no long-term lock-in. You can cancel at any time with 30 days notice. Many organisations keep Support running as an ongoing reliability and resilience layer, but you stay in control of the level of continuity you want at each stage.
Yes. You can upgrade from Standard to Enhanced Support at any time, with the new rate and benefits starting from your next billing cycle. Downgrades from Enhanced to Standard are also possible with 30 days notice. Many organisations begin with Standard Support to stabilise operations, then move up to Enhanced once they’re ready for more cadence, more communication capacity, and structured amplification.
"Standard Support gives our operations and service team real confidence. We run busy periods where small issues can quickly become missed follow-up, inconsistent request handling, or stakeholder frustration. Knowing the system is monitored and tuned each month keeps things steady. The included email credits also help us keep stakeholders informed from our own domain without adding another tool to manage."
Amina R.
Operations Lead, multi-team organisation
"We started with Standard Support to stabilise our request flow and team handovers, then upgraded to Enhanced once we saw the value of more cadence. The bi-weekly sessions keep priorities clear, and the Echo Protocol layer helps us repurpose key content without adding admin load. It’s a practical way to improve consistency across teams while keeping oversight."

No contracts or long-term commitments. Adjust, upgrade or cancel with 30 days notice as your organisation evolves.
