Post-installation support layer
Lightweight, done-with-you continuity for organisations with installed infrastructure: ongoing optimisation, human oversight, and controlled communication capacity so your installed workflow infrastructure stays reliable, traceable, and steadily improving — without adding pressure during high-volume periods, handover pressure, referral surges, procurement scrutiny, or decision bottlenecks. Structured automation without surrendering control.
Standard Support provides essential maintenance, optimisation, and oversight to keep your installed workflow system stable, consistent, and safely governed — especially when teams are handling inbound requests, referral signals, record reactivation, stakeholder updates, service follow-up, approval continuity, and workflow progression. AI is treated as structured operational support, not autonomous authority. Unclear work returns to process clarification; repeatable work is tuned only within installed boundaries.
Regular reviews and careful tuning so your installed workflow system stays stable, consistent, and aligned with governance boundaries — without requiring an internal specialist to manage routing logic, follow-up paths, permissions, review points, and escalation discipline across your operating environment.
Includes
Clear snapshots and prioritised improvement recommendations
5,000 monthly email credits to support approved record updates, stakeholder follow-up, account communications, referral prompts, and workflow progress notices — sent from your own brand and domain, without extra tooling sprawl, opaque automation, or unpredictable add-ons.
Supports
Routine communications with simpler tooling overhead
Ongoing technical assistance and light-touch maintenance so your installed workflow layer remains reliable and current — without your team getting stuck in settings screens when attention needs to stay on stakeholders, referrals, service continuity, reputation protection, and operational priorities.
Response time
Typical response within 1–2 business days for standard requests
Standard Support is built for busy teams that need stable, monitored Governed Operational Infrastructure that improves steadily — supporting workflow coordination, information visibility, decision oversight, controlled capacity, permissions, traceability, human review boundaries, and professional judgement.

Need a plan fit?Support exists to operate and govern what you already own — not to silently expand system authority. Our Support plans sit on top of your installed Authority OS™ infrastructure as a continuity and optimisation layer, and can also be selected alongside a new Protocol deployment, but begins only after installation and ownership handover. Process before platform. Control before scale. Evidence before expansion.

Frequent questions from organisations about Standard and Enhanced Support.
Monthly optimisation is a continuity and improvement cycle for your installed workflow system. We review performance data, identify friction points, and make targeted adjustments to keep everything stable, consistent, and aligned with your governance boundaries. You’ll receive a clear monthly summary of what we monitored, what we changed, and what we recommend next, plus the option to book a 30-minute review call to walk through priorities with your team.
Standard Support includes 5,000 monthly email credits that refresh at the start of each billing cycle. You can use these credits for newsletters, request updates, record communications, stakeholder notices, referral prompts, and approved automated sequences — all from your own brand and domain. The system includes basic templates, deliverability checks, and analytics. If you need more sending capacity or run multiple teams, sites or brands, Enhanced Support includes 25,000 credits with unlimited sender accounts.
Enhanced Support (£495/month) is designed for organisations that want more consistent execution and tighter control — especially during busy periods.
1.More oversight:Bi-weekly operations sessions (vs. monthly reviews) so priorities stay clear as operating cycles, workflow pressure, and decision complexity change.
2.More capacity:25,000 monthly email credits with unlimited senders (vs. 5,000 credits) — suitable for multi-team operations.
3.Approved reuse:Full Echo Protocol™ layer to reuse approved assets across more channels with traceable decisions.
4.Early access:60-day priority access to new features and improvements.
5.Wire upgrades:100mph Wire™ Pro with more advanced authority and updates hub capabilities.
Standard Support focuses on operational reliability and steady optimisation. Enhanced Support adds more oversight, more communication capacity, and a stronger rhythm for decision-making and execution.
Support exists only after installed infrastructure is in place. You can activate Support as a continuity layer if you already have a workflow system or AI-enabled setup in place, subject to review. Support is designed to operate installed Authority OS™ infrastructure, and we can often plug into existing infrastructure where the boundaries are clear. During onboarding, we’ll review your current setup and advise how Support can maintain, optimise and gradually strengthen what you already have. If you don’t yet have a workflow system, we’ll typically recommend starting with a Protocol deployment to establish the core infrastructure first, then layering Support on top.
Both Standard and Enhanced Support are month-to-month with no long-term lock-in. You can cancel at any time with 30 days notice. Many organisational teams keep Support running as an ongoing continuity layer, but you stay in control of the level of support you want at each stage.
Yes. You can upgrade from Standard to Enhanced Support at any time, with the new rate and benefits starting from your next billing cycle. Downgrades from Enhanced to Standard are also possible with 30 days notice. Many teams begin with Standard Support for steady continuity, then move up to Enhanced when communication volume, team complexity, or governance needs increase.
"Standard Support gives us steadier operations. We don’t have a large internal operations team, so knowing the system is monitored and tuned each month helps us stay consistent — especially when request activity and record updates spike. The included email credits support routine stakeholder communications without adding more tools. It’s a practical way to keep everything stable, traceable, and well-governed."
