FAQ overview

Answers to common questions about your Accelerator Protocol™ deployment.

What happens during the implementation session?

During your implementation session, we review your branches, portfolios, property services, key enquiry patterns, and your current operating workflow across branches, portfolio teams, property managers, negotiators, and owners. We then map your enquiry journey, define triage and routing rules, and finalise the deployment blueprint for all four channels. You’ll leave with a clear implementation roadmap and a simple understanding of how your infrastructure captures, triages, and routes inbound requests—with human oversight, clear owners, and escalation paths that support safe, consistent operation in a London property market where decision errors can carry reputational weight.

What are the 4 channels included in my Accelerator Protocol™?

Your deployment covers four high-traffic contact channels used by many property businesss: Website chat, WhatsApp Business, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram DMs. Each channel is aligned to the same messaging, triage logic, and routing rules—so buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, residents, valuation requesters, and contractor contacts receive a consistent experience no matter where they make contact, with boundaries and oversight built in.

What happens after the 30-day implementation?

After 30 days, your infrastructure is deployed and handed over to you — with no compulsory monthly fees. You’ll have operational control of your 4-channel system, plus documentation and training so you can maintain and evolve it internally with clear owners, permissions, and review steps. Your service lane status remains managed within your territory to support orderly rollout and predictable operation.

Will I be able to maintain the system myself?

Yes. The Self-Managed Pilot is designed for time-constrained owners, managing directors, directors, managers, and busy property teams— with a clear dashboard, simple update process, and an agreed maintenance rhythm that supports consistent messaging, accountable routing, and safe escalation. We don’t allow AI to execute sensitive actions unseen. Where risk warrants it, actions are approval-gated so you can review the exact parameters before anything runs. Anchor integrity + link resolution: internal navigation IDs may be added or corrected, and only IDs may be changed, so every internal hash link resolves without altering structure, layout, section order, pricing logic, funnel order, or page copy beyond the approved narrative refactor. If any internal anchor cannot be resolved under these constraints, the output must fail loudly as INVALID — Anchor integrity failure.

Can I add support options later?

Absolutely. Your infrastructure is owned outright, so support is optional — not required. Once your authority infrastructure is installed, optional support tiers are available to operate, optimise, and amplify the system.

Optional support

Your multi-channel infrastructure is being deployed. If you want continuous optimisation and strategic alignment as enquiry volumes, property enquiry flow, and team workload shift across London’s property micro-markets, you can add optional support:

Standard support

Essential multi-channel maintenance for steady service levels and consistent buyer, seller, landlord, tenant, resident, and contractor communications

  • Cross-platform performance reviews with clear reporting and audit-friendly notes
  • Strategy sessions not included
